How it works

From a listing to an agreed sale, in three steps.

Buying from Carbirds is a conversation: you pick a vehicle, ask us about it, and we agree the sale together. Here is what each step involves.

The three steps

  1. 01 / Choose

    Choose a vehicle.

Browse the listed vehicles and open the one that fits your plans. Each listing shows the recorded facts, photos and the price we have for it; anything we could not verify stays marked as unverified.

  2. 02 / Inquire

    Send an inquiry.

Use the inquiry form on the listing, or the contact form for general questions. Ask about availability, condition, delivery or anything the listing leaves open. We reply by email.

  3. 03 / Confirm

    Confirm the details.

We confirm availability and sale terms with you. Transport and registration are quoted separately. You decide once the costs are on the table; an inquiry is not a reservation or purchase.

What the price covers

Vehicle prices are in EUR, excluding VAT, and cover the vehicle only. Transport and registration are quoted separately for your route once you inquire.

An inquiry is not a reservation

Sending an inquiry does not reserve or purchase a vehicle. Availability, costs and sale terms are confirmed with you by email before anything is agreed.

Good to know

Common questions.

What does the listed price include?

The price is in EUR excluding VAT and covers the vehicle only. Transport and registration are quoted separately. If a listing shows no price, ask us for a quote.

Does an inquiry reserve a vehicle?

No. An inquiry starts a conversation, not a reservation or purchase. A receipt confirms that we recorded your inquiry, not email delivery. Availability and sale terms are confirmed in our reply.

Can I ask about a vehicle before deciding?

Yes. Ask about anything the listing leaves open — condition, history, documents or delivery. Details we cannot verify are marked as unverified on the listing, and we will tell you what we know.

Can I return a vehicle after the sale?

Vehicle sales are final once completed. Any defects or issues you identify at delivery are recorded in the Handover Act and handled through that process, so raise them at handover before you sign it. Your contract sets out the sale terms.

Next step

Start with a vehicle.

Browse the selection and inquire about the one you like. If you have a question first, the sales team reads every message.
